DQute Scrub products are handcrafted in small batches using a blend of plant-derived oils and other carefully selected ingredients. Each ingredient plays a different role in the formula.
Coconut Oil — Rich Moisture
Coconut oil is rich in fatty acids and acts as an emollient, helping reduce moisture loss while leaving the skin feeling softer and smoother.
Jojoba Oil — Skin-Balancing Feel
Jojoba is technically a liquid wax, and its wax esters resemble components naturally found in human sebum. This gives it a lightweight, silky feel that spreads easily across the skin.
Grapeseed Oil — Lightweight Conditioning
Naturally high in linoleic acid, grapeseed oil provides emollient benefits with a comparatively light texture, helping give our Veils their smooth glide without relying only on heavier oils.
Aloe — Soothing Skin Care
Aloe is widely used in cosmetic formulations for its skin-conditioning and soothing properties, complementing the richer oils in our Veils.
Vitamin E — Antioxidant Support
Vitamin E functions as an antioxidant in skincare formulations and also provides skin-conditioning benefits.
Lecithin — Bringing the Formula Together
Lecithin is different from our moisturizing oils. It is a phospholipid-rich ingredient commonly used in cosmetics to help improve texture, dispersion, and the overall feel of a formulation.
Tea Tree Oil — Botanical Essential Oil
Tea tree oil is an aromatic botanical oil that gives select DQute Scrub formulas an additional plant-derived component and distinctive character.
Specialty Ingredients
Select Veils feature additional ingredients that give each product its own character, including peppermint, lavender, papyrus, Black Butter Oil, Smoke Oil, and tea tree.
Our Turmeric Triple-Action Glow Blend™ combines turmeric with an exfoliating blend of sugar, salt, and baking soda.
