SHIPPING POLICY
DQute Scrub products are handcrafted in small batches. We take care in preparing and packaging every order for shipment.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be prepared and processed before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, high-volume periods, or for larger orders.
SHIPPING
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and do not include DQute Scrub's processing time. Carrier delays are outside of our control.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@dqutescrub.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@dqutescrub.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of DQute Scrub's control.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we will assist you with the available carrier information.
LOCAL PICKUP
When local pickup is available, eligible customers may select that option at checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting pickup.
