Because DQute Scrub products are handcrafted personal-care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your DQute Scrub products. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Unopened Products
If you need assistance with an unopened and unused product, please contact us before returning or shipping any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
